I posted this photo in 2022 as part of our wanderings. Apparently, this big boy has a name and his own story!
The internet says: This image shows "Archy," a famous pohutukawa tree hanging over Karekare Road in New Zealand. The tree is located within the Waitakere Ranges Regional Park, near Piha beach. It has faced threats of removal for safety reasons, as it hangs within the road corridor.

Good know this tree has become famous. It must not be a distraction for those who use this road. Thanks for the update.
