frilly fungus

These little guys are all over my garden at the moment. They add an interesting dimension to the grass and edges of the lawn.

I have some mushrooms growing in my yard also, but your are much prettier than ours. Great shots.

I've never had a go at photographing the fungi about the place. I have the odd little fungi coming up in the lawn, they are pretty delicate. It's definitely mushroom weather now.

Fungi do make awesome things to shoot, some of my own personal fav shots are of fungi growing in the Otways in Victoria. Great photos #openslather

Oh, very cool. We do nto get very many mushrooms around here. I miss them from living in a wetter environment. The color of your mushrooms are really interesting. I wonder if they are poisonous?
