bridge with warning

Hubby found this great old bridge and took me to take photos over the weekend. If you look under the bridge, you can see a tree trunk holding the bridge up.

It comes with an appropriate warning sign: 'Is there life after death? Walk on this bridge and find out.'

I really like old wooden bridges but I don't think I would venture onto this one. Got to love a sign that is straight to the point.

It looks like you had a slight breeze while you were out and about. Love the bridge...and the sign.

How cool! Someone with a sense of humour.
That log is doing a stirling job but you get the feeling if you turn away and look back the whole thing will be a mess of girders on the ground, or in the water! Xo Jazzy Jack

I love to come across old structures like that. I can almost see the ghosts of those who have crossed it many times over the years.

Reminds me of some we find in the woods on our hikes.

What a nice old bridge, it makes for a nice subject. I think I'll heed the warning!

He-he. Doesn't look too solid, but it must have been around for a while?

Haha, love the sign. What a cute bridge, it makes me think of the 3 billy goats gruff.

LOL!! I wonder if someone has tried crossing it?

LOL, that sign is great. And the bridge is something right out of Lord of the Rings, with all that moss. Pretty.

Love the bridge and I was thinking rather you than me on crossing it, so the second shot made me laugh :) #lttl
