lone survivor

This gorgeous but lonely flower is the only one of its kind in our new garden right now. I'm sure that next spring will have many more flower faces and lots of great colors.

swan plant blossoms

These are the beautiful blossoms of the swan plant when the monarch caterpillars don't eat the plant bare.

chinese jasmine

I finally found a nice, shady place for my chinese jasmine and it rewarded me with many blooms last summer.

another unidentified flower

I don't know what this is, but I like how they caught the sunlight in Hawera Park.
