less ans and less is remaining from this old shipwreck. The picture is beautiful
Very cool.
Would love to know the history behind this!
Curious. You never know what you'll discover on the beach.
Some bits of history on the shore.
Thank you for sharing this story.
Happy WW and a fine week!
Wow, I thougth of Black Pearl in Pirat of the Caribian.
There must be a dramatic story behind this shipwreck. Do you know it, and could you share it?
Haunting photo
Wow. It must eventually erode away to nothing?
I much enjoyed the photos and the extra information of the shipwreck. Love that "stuff". Here on Lake Michigan I come across parts of ships form the 1800s that have beached and get uncovered once in awhile. Always a sense of what happened to those who were on board.
An interesting story about the shipwreck. Thanks for sharing!
What a history this vessel has I'm sure. It's been there a very long time. Beautiful shot.
Thank you for hosting the fun.
Have a fabulous day and rest of the week. ♥
wonderful, Thanks for sharing.
A most interesting shot, Betty!
Happy Weds!
Interesting find. Looking at the wreckage, the shipwreck must have been a long time ago. Thank you for hosting. Have a great day.
It's interesting to find out about this shipwreck. Interesting photo as well.
Thanks for hosting and have a nice day!
It was interesting to read about the wreck. We have some that occasionally can be seen off the coast of Devon and Cornwall, and I am sure from smuggling days a lot more on the sea bed never seen again.
I bet there are lots of fosikers when the tide is out! Stay safe, enjoy your week, and thankyou again for the linkup.
A very evocative photo, Betty!
Some very dangerous waters along the NZ coastline and some pretty rough weather explains the many shipwrecks...
There isn't much left of the shipwreck?
That is a pretty neat find!
I haven't heard of that wreck, Ill have to look into it
Nice photo. The story about the ship and its fate was very interesting.
That must have been quite a storm! Wonder they are going to do about the wreck?
