these little piggies

Occcasionally, Hubby makes a point to drive past the local free-range piggie farm.

They always meander up the hill to see who has stopped to look at them or take photos.

Poor black sow mama was feeding her babies when we got there.

She got up and started up the hill to see us.

Her little ones seemed to slow her down.

But only got about half way before she laid back down to let the little ones have more to eat!

How cute the little piglets are! It must be quite funny to see them run freely in the grass!

Hungry and demanding kids will always stop you from what you want to do! Lovely to see them out and about in the fresh air.

Oh my , those babies are so, so cute!
I love the one whose eyes are closed and he seems to be sniffing the air. Just so sweet.

Hard to keep those babies full. A good mother. Love watching the babies antics.

Oh wow, all sizes,eh? So the momma is black, and her kids are pink? Am still a city kid, so do they change color when growing up?
Many thanks for adding these cute scenes to All Seasons! have a great week exploring, Betty!

They are very cute, but I do not like to get too close. They look much happier being free range.

Baby animals are always so cute. Moms are often long suffering with the children's constant needs. This is the way animals should be raised. Wandering in the grass.

Oh my goodness...those little piglets are absolutely adorable! Everyone I know seems to be in longing for a tiny piglet or has gotten one.

Piglets are cute, and then they grow up! That momma pig must always be exhausted with so many mouths to feed!
