Even though it's officially winter, there is still beauty to be seen.

Hi Betty, at least your winter is without the deep pile of snow like in most temperate countries. It looks so cold and yes, still very lovely. My sister just returned to Auckland last Thursday, so she suddenly felt the sudden change in temperatures!

That doesn’t look too different from the US Pacific Northwest in the Fall. Moody, still green ... and beautiful if it doesn’t rain!

Love your foggy photos. Fog does something magical to the landscape. Interesting that we both featured fog pictures today.

Fog captures the mystery and dream like state of the winter. Love it, Betty and many thanks for sharing these captures with All Seasons! Have a beautiful week:):)

Cool fog shots, I really like the sloping hay bales in the fog in the last one.

This place has a beauty all its own...from low-hanging clouds to low-lying mist. Wonderful.

The way the mist floats over the field is very mysterious … an intriguing set of pictures!

By the way, I may not be commenting as often for the next few weeks since I will have my in-laws visiting from the UK. We are going to have a great time!
