Lovely photos. I especially like your picture of the schooner at low tide, and the next photo. Looks like a great vacation.

A friend used to grow kiwis (in Oregon) kind of as an experiment -- I remember he needed both male and female trees and of course harvested only a handful. I did not know how they were grown (for real harvest). Sort of like tall heavy grape vines , very carefully ordered. You had a great vacation!

Beautiful spots you visited on your vacation, Betty! Love you showed how kiwi is grown. How they support the plants makes perfect sense! I have a love for coastal areas, and it looks like you do too! Thank you for showing these beautiful places to All Seasons! Have a great week, Blog Friend:)

The ferns...wow! Then the rocks above the fence!
And so good to find out about kiwi fruit...something I've always enjoyed but never investigated.

Lovely photo set, I especially like the top of the ferns. I can't quite figure out what's going on with the kiwi trees but interesting enough to find out more about the process.

Cool set of images overall. I, too, like that #5 shot with the posts and walkway curving around and back. That's also an interesting collection of different trees...very nice...
