rocky coast

I think this part of the coast is fascinating with its lava flow lines and rocks. On the other side of the sea wall (photo below) is a great sandy beach.

I love to check the tidal pools, when the tide is low. There may be all kinds of lovely sea creatures and plants. Lovely images. Have a happy day and enjoy your new week.

Hello Betty,

I like the blueness of your sea too.

I'm looking forward to reading your comment on my blue dinosaur post. Please come back.

Happy Blue Monday!

You never know what will turn up when the tide recedes. Rocks, sand shells...dead fish. It's a crap shoot!

I always love seeing what is happening on the other side of the world. Winter here cold and frozen! Nice shots, Laura

I recognize this lava rock, also on our beach close by here! Often people around them at the low tide to look what the sea has left. Have a happy week!

Wow, what wonderful textures and shapes along that coast line. I love the little pools of water, I bet they hold some fascinating creatures. Thanks very much for stopping by my blog earlier - your comments are much appreciated.

Tidepools are my favorite things to explore. I love this mosaic. It's neat to have the sandy beach close by too though...something for everyone.
