Ahh, those are swallows, I like seeing whatever birds I see lined on the wire too. It seems so communal.
I'm so sorry to hear about that senseless shooting, I hope it hasn't touched you, but I guess it touches all of us.

I don't know why, but swallows lined up on the wires always makes me think of Normal Rockwell's 'the Gossips'...no other birds lined up makes me think that.

Birds on wires remind me of musical notes on a Staff or what ever music lines are called.

Lovely to see the antics of the Swallows

The Swallows I see here are constantly zooming and swooping around so fast I cannot get photos. Glad to see your Swallows are better behaved!
Hope you are having a great week!

It’s always a pleasure to see birds in the sky. Now beginning springtime here. Birds singing earlier in the morning... it’s wonderful.
Have a good week!

Very good pictures! I am happy they are small birds and not as frightening as the ones in The Birds by Alfred Hitchcock! :))

Reminds me of the short animated film about birds sitting on a wire. Very funny. My WW Post

I love your photos of the swallows on the line. We have quail in our backyard and we hope to see their babies bobbing around soon!
