foggy skies

The wake of Hurricane Evan that hit Fiji last week brought us some strange and foggy weather that was very hot and muggy for two days.

I'll take hot and muggy :-) The fog is great, I love how it mystifies the photos.

Well, our weather, here in the San Francisco area, is cold and foggy. A little warmer would be nice. I'm sleeping under an heated throw!

The fog looks so soft and pretty, I rarely see any fog here in the desert.

Ah, but fog has its own charms. I wish we had a little more of it over here...

Best wishes for the new year!

interesting photos from the weather pattern. Christmas day here was wet and windy and much cooler, after a big electrical storm Christmas Eve. Last pic, are they lupins growing? I have een to N.Z. south island, just once many years back and I LOVED the lupins. Did the rail journey from Greymouth ... to...forgotten.
