Abandoned? That’s too bad. Thanks for the pronunciation of the towns name....it does sometimes feel like we speak different languages especially when it comes to names, doesn’t it!

Hi Betty, Thank you for your kind comments about my white sands photo. This is a famous place. It is 275 square miles of shifting gypsum sand dunes. It is a magical place, and a National Monument.
