That is one huge crab...and very colorful! We used to go crabbing at thePacific Coast here in Oregon ...so much fun, so much hard work (catching and cooking)....but so worth it (then. Now I would just take pictures and buy one already prepared)

What a colorful crab! I don't believe I've ever seen one that's colorful - though I did see some purple and red starfish a few years back in Washington. Have you seen many this colorful?

What the shellfish is that, I'm guessing a crab but it looked a lot like roadkill at first glance. I love how you're literally wondering what rock they crawled out from under.
