flowering maple

I have lots of shots of this flower and had to look it up. It's a flowering maple or abutilon hybridum.

It is very beautiful. I think we can grow them here because we have mild winters. I need to find one. Hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas! Hugs xo Karen

I learn so much from my blog friends - I didn't even know a maple could flower, and especially such a beautiful one! Hope you had a merry celebration and wish you a happy New Year!
