lupin--after the blooms

Being still quite new to gardens and flowers, I find strange things fascinating. This is the remains of a lupin that has flowered.

The Lupins spreeds alot.In my garden I have got severel of them , they are flowering in many colors.

Nice macro Taranaki! Those fuzzy pods are seed pods - lupin is in the pea family so if you wait a little longer they'll mature and you'll be able to plant more of them. I love the furry detail on the pods, nicely done!

Wow, I have never seen lupine do that before.
I am guessing that mine probably is not lupine! Well, i guess it is true, we learn something new every day!
