Very interesting. I never know how to interpret sculpture or artwork, but like the unusualness of this one. :)
My world shot today depicted my 2 oldest grandkids. ❤

This sculpture is amazing.
The Sophora (Kowhai) plant also exists in Romania, but I read that in New Zealand it is considered a national flower.
Have a nice day!
A lovely sculpture. I learned a new (to me) word today - kowhai. Thanks.

Why don't you have share buttons? At least for Facebook. It's nice to see as many people as possible the beauties you post.
I love it!
Very interesting!
Eye-catching!
Thank you, Betty.
That is beautiful. It makes me think of an acorn.
Betty this is so beautiful! It kind of reminds me of acorns (which I only see on pictures and on cartoons) but this one looks a lot more interesting with its elongated shape! Thank you so much Betty for hosting and please have a great week ahead!

Interesting sculpture. Looks like it is in the middle of a traffic circle. I really don't link them because many drivers don't watch for others entering, changing lanes and exiting. - Margy
The golden Kōwhai flower comes from New Zealand. Many people consider it the national flower of the country. Kōwhai is also the Māori word for yellow. In 2014, the gold of Paul Dibble's Kowhai sculpture was unveiled. The 13-foot piece of art is made of bronze and gold-plated with 24 carat gold.

A work of art that I like very much.

What an interesting sculpture...... I just read that Kōwhai is New Zealand's national flower. The blooms are a vibrant, cheerful yellow and they have used similar striking colors. Thanks for sharing.
