My Corner of the World

There are lots of alpaca and llama farms in NZ.
Their wool is amazingly soft.

The alpaca appears to be very alert to the camera. I hope he isn't thinking about spitting.

We just saw Llamas at the fair and learned all about how their fur holds heat. Thanks for the party.

Aw, so cute too. We have a farm near us and I always want to stop and pet them, but it's private property so we just enjoy the view and keep driving on.

Thank you for hosting the fun. Big hug. ♥

We have some alpaca farms near us and my favorite wrap is made of alpaca yarn; it's so soft and warm too.

Amazingly cute!
I tend to ruffle her the hairdo. 😊 I'm sure if I tried in reality... it would spit on me. :))

(when I don't see an alpaca and a llama next to each other I kind of confuse them) 😊

Alpacas are adorable and appear so personable...most of the time, although I know a couple that bought two which were mean as could be!!!...Weird, right?...jp
