lovely mold

It's amazing what you find when you look closely at the world around you.
This is mold in the corner of a window.

Insulation is something that has only been required here in houses the last few years,
so there are lots of opportunities for mold.

Oops I don't think I finished my comment! Now, if you had not told us what it was, most of us wouldn't have known and thought they were weeds, lol! Boy that stuff does grow like weed:)
Maybe I have the wrong impression about New Zealand. Isn't it considered a Western culture?
Thank you much for linking to All Seasons, and have a great week!

There's a whole other world living on that window sill. I think it actually needs cultivating a bit more.

I would never have thought of making that a photo opportunity, but it certainly was!

Love it! You are definitely a glass half full, rather than a glass half empty, person.

I am not put off by many things, but mold always makes me shiver a bit. Glad you had this photo op instead of me!
