Wow!!! Great idea!!! and great capture!!!
Wow, absolutely wonderful shots!
Nothing like killing to birds (or should that be rabbit) with one stone. Great way to lure in the Hawk and some great shots of it. I love their intense gaze.
Great capture! Wonderful idea on luring the hawk that way :)
Really, fantastic shots!
Great photos...super...Best regards, Karin
WOW! I'm in awe.
How big is this bird? Looks pretty big. I thought such predators do not exist in NZ and that's why they have such wingless birds like Kiwis. Is that a native or an invasive species? Very lovely shots.
How cool is that?? Thanks for sharing on WTS this week!
It is an awesome looking hawk! Great shots!
Great photo captures of an awesome bird.
Cool! Quite a different approach to "feed them and they will come", but it works well!
Awesome! Such a handsome bird.
Wow! How fascinating! Good luck with more photos!Greetings Pia in Sweden

Love it, we have them up our way too. They are quite magnificent but my great favourite has to be the Ruru, or more pork . Do you hear those at night??
