    Great photo. I saw quite a few Starlings on a visit to NZ a couple of years ago but found it march harder to find birds such as Tui and Bellbird.

    Starlings, introduced from Europe, are a pest here. You bird is pretty in the cherry tree.

    It's easy to overlook common birds such as the Starling. You did it justice!
