It's Labour Day Weekend and the official beginning of spring gardening. The weather has been very conducive for gardening and the garden centers are full of new seedlings and plenty of buyers, including me.
Much of my garden is seeded so I have to wait for color, but my freesia bulbs are sprouted and my one anemone bulb has bloomed!
Needless to say, it will get some company for next spring :)
So far, the only other blooms I have are these, but it's a start.
Spring is such a wonderful time in the garden with new blooming flowers and the anticipation of the lush summer to come.
