virginia lake, whanganui

There are lots of things to do and see at Virginia Lake. We usually visit the lake and feed
the ducks, swans, coots and geese. And we visit the Winter Garden which is an art deco
building literally filled with flowers. (Here's a link to a previous post.)
But with construction to the garden, we were re-routed to enter through the sculpture
garden, which we had never seen before, for some reason.

  7. Fun to see a different part of a familiar beautiful spot! The sculpture garden is clever and fun! (But I do hope the flowers are surviving and thriving through the construction project).
