St Oswald's Anglican Church, Westmere, my favorite church to photograph.
The 1915 building is a good example of the Arts and Crafts style of Gothic
architecture with typical Gothic detailing. https://data.whanganui.govt.nz/wdc/HeritageSheets/67.pdf

I’m making a wall display of some of my favorite sky photos (having them printed on metal) . I sure wish I had taken a couple these you show ))!
ReplyDeleteBetty, You have a great photographic eye. Always enjoy seeing your series of recent pictures. That shot of the seagulls is terrific, just stunning.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, Betty! I don't know which is my favorite..LOVE TOO MANY of them!!!...jp
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos! The row of seagulls made me smile!
ReplyDeleteThose gulls are hilarious! :D
ReplyDeleteHaha, I love the photo with the seagulls :)
ReplyDeleteSo wonderful -- love them all. For different reasons, which I won't write about because if I did this comment would be longer than the post! Just will say that I would love to be able to say I'd taken any of them (and not just because it would mean I was visiting NZ, although that owuld be great. But also some of them I could have taken here on the Oregon Coast but only if I were as good as you are!
ReplyDeleteLovely series....Michelle
ReplyDeleteI loved the cooling sea photos and the seagulls are fabulous. In Finland we call that begonia an Angel Wing begonia.
