...a beautiful panoramic.
ReplyDeleteMust ask Google Maps...
ReplyDelete...thank you for sharing.
Have a wonderful week.
Stay healthy and well, dear Blogfriend.
Lovely wide shot of the beach. I am surprised people can drive on the beach.
ReplyDeleteA fun road to walk too. Miss going to the beach and the warmth now that the weather is chilly.
ReplyDeleteYes, you wouldn't want to sunbathe in the wrong place! Good reminder.
ReplyDeleteDid you drive on it? Looks like a few fishing people out there.
ReplyDeletewow, I haven't seen a sight like that, and I haven't seen vehicles on a beach.
ReplyDeleteHappy end of October and Happy Halloween!
ReplyDeleteI learned to keep to the damp shoreline and never drive in the soft sand. Had to pay ransom to a tow truck operator who had a very busy day!
ReplyDeleteVery nice beach and sand dunes. Thanks, Betty, for hosting MCoW and sharing your photos.
ReplyDeleteStrange announcement, but beautiful image!
ReplyDeleteHappy WW and a beautiful week! Thank you for the linking!
A very interesting beach. I have seen cars on the beach only in cases where drivers have violated the law banning cars on the beach. 😊
ReplyDeleteI wish you a wonderful day!
Beautiful photos! The beach we go to is used for a road too.
ReplyDeleteInteresting announcement and such a wonderful beach.
ReplyDeleteI hope they are adhering to the "road" rules :) Summer is on its way! Stay safe and have a great week.
ReplyDeleteAhh, somewhere else to put on my To Do List for future visits to your corner of the world. Great shot.
ReplyDeleteAmazing beach, Loved the panoramic click.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful beach far away from the crowd would be a good place for a getaway during this pandemic. Happy Wednesday!
ReplyDeleteWe do have some strange laws, don't we - beaches are legal roads, which never makes sense to me.
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of a beach that's a road. Interesting. Thanks for hosting, as usual. :)
ReplyDeleteA beach to dream of. Have a good week.
ReplyDeleteGreetings Eva
WOW! What a view!
ReplyDeleteHappy Wednesday, Betty!
I like enlarged panorama shots.
ReplyDeleteWell done, Betty!
That's a lovely pan shot.
ReplyDeleteThank you for hosting, Betty. :)
I wish I had a beach like that nearby.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy and take care!
Wow! It's the first time I've heard of such a thing. In Romania it is forbidden to drive cars on the beach.
ReplyDeleteI really liked panoramic photography. Congratulations!
Happy WW, dear Betty!
A beautiful beach! We also have some beaches where you can go by car! Every time it is an adventure, because it can happen that you get stuck in the sand and you have to shave the car off! I hope that it has not happened to you yet!
ReplyDeleteGreeting, Joana
I found you through Comedy Plus. Added your blog name and link to the Wordless Wednesday blog hop badge. Hope that's OK. Beautiful site. Would love to get to New Zealand some day!
ReplyDeleteA lovely panorama of this beautiful beach, Betty!
ReplyDeletePS: Thanks for hosting, Betty!
ReplyDeleteGetting cold here, my friend, so keep those beaches coming!! We may get some SNOW on Friday...WOOT! WOOT!...:)jp
ReplyDeletePretty scene!
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed day!
Now that's an interesting sign. In the US we have Daytona Beach where you can drive on. We've done it once. It's kinda fun and a great way to see a bit of the shoreline. It's nice for people to be able to drive their car right up to the beach and unpack everything for a day at the beach instead of trying to carry it all. Thanks for the party.
ReplyDeleteNow that seems good fun .... driving along the beach.
ReplyDeletePretty panoramic image! Destroying dunes is a serious thing. They protect the land behind them.
ReplyDeleteDear Betty,
ReplyDeleteI hope the users of the Beach-Road stick to the rules!
Hugs Traude

Beautiful panorama! Driving on the beach - I have never seen that before.

I love camping on the beach - especially in places where you can drive on the beach. This past January we did a trip beach hopping and camping down the beaches of the Texas Gulf Coast. Loved it! I bet you have some great beaches in New Zealand!
ReplyDeleteThe beach we go to is used for a road too. Best Tent For Camping On The Beach
