Is that the Manawatu Gorge (sixth photo down)? We drove through there once and I found it really scary, with the road hanging off the hillside (I believe the road is closed now). Great collection of photos :)
Great photos, that huge gum tree must be very old. Great beach photos too. My niece and nephew lived in your area when they were younger and had calves or lambs they took to school each year. Must have been chaos at school 😁😁.
Those really *are* pet lambs aren’t they? I had to look twice to make sure! Love it! Has to be an only in New Zealand thing, right? ...Always love your randoms!
Oh MY! These are all so gorgeous! My favorites are the bee, the road beside the water, and the evening sky with the jet trails. You are such a good photographer! We live in the states, in Virginia. But I know someone in New Zealand, Jen Treacy. She is working on her PhD at a local college there.

ReplyDeleteOh, goodness, I love it when I come here to find the random shot posts...love these.
ReplyDeleteThat reminds me of the road going into Yosemite. We need to do all we can to encourage and provide flowers for bees. - Margy
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos.
ReplyDeleteGreetings from India
Beautiful landscapes and I do love bees....Michelle
ReplyDeleteLoving the sunset and coastal photos in particular. A fabulous set of photographs.
ReplyDeleteStay safe
Blessings

Do your trees suffer from lack of water?
ReplyDeleteI admire the trees in the first photo.
The other photos also give nice impressions.
The sixth photo is most amazing. I´ve never seen such a beautiful scene. Can see myself drive it with motorcycle or cabriolet car. Keep Safe!

ReplyDeleteThat's quite a collection of photos. Lambs on a leash are not something we normally see in Oklahoma, neither is the ocean for that matter.
ReplyDeleteLove the country side shots
