We went on another backroads trip, this time east of Whanganui.
We found some interesting scenery, including this poor duckie that was in need of some help on the Whanganui River as we passed by.
We passed two of these bridges with low clearance.

So beautiful with all the green and wonderful hills
ReplyDeleteAnother fine series of photos. The troubled ducky made me laugh, and the white horse is beautiful. Lovely landscapes.

ReplyDeleteI love a backroads trip! And this was a great one ...all stuff I love... beauty scenery, abandoned old house, and humor (though I feel kind of bad laughing at that poor little abandoned ducky).
ReplyDeleteLove that duckie photo! It sure made me smile. And the trees remind me of Tuscany in Italy!
