Betty - makes you wonder about the stories behind each one. I wouldn't mind taking that little old church building and turning it into a cozy getaway. That one building has quite the collection of moss! Thanks for linking to Mosaic Monday!
It is sad to see many abandoned buildings. They need some rehabbers there to fix them up or tear them down. Enjoy your day, wishing you a great new week ahead.

ReplyDeleteOld abandoned buildings really speak to me. Have you read the poem The House with Nobody in It by Joyce Kilmer?
ReplyDeleteWe see many over here too! I always wonder what happened. They do make poignant and lovel photos though (through your eye and camera).

When you see abandoned buildings like this, you start to think the people who once lived there.
ReplyDeleteI have always loved driving around to photograph old buildings. It's good to take these photos before the places are gone. Someone's dream....! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteHappy mosaic Monday. Thanks for sharing your lovely photos
ReplyDeleteMuch❤🕊❤love
If they could talk, how many stories would they have to tell us.
ReplyDeleteGreat Photos.
All the best

Amazing buildings. Thanks for the post.
ReplyDeleteThe stories these buildings could tell. I agree, your photos honor them.
ReplyDeleteWe have a lot of those too on the Montana back roads. I love them and try and imagine life on their homestead. 😊 Kit
