I thought the kia tupato was a type of bird nesting and found it is Maori to be careful. Love the katydid on the dahlia, but wasn't sure of the bird pic ahead of the kingfisher. A collection of gems I really enjoyed!
Wonderful photos, love the misty sunrise and the rainbow, and the dahlia and its visitor, well all of them really...often wondered where the end of the road was 😆😆
Liebe Betty, lange war ich nicht hier, aber ich habe immer wieder an Dich und dieses wundervolle Land NEUSEELAND gedacht. Habe ich schon erzählt, dass es mein "Traumland" ist?! Deswegen schaue ich so gerne bei Dir rein. Du präsentierst "Dein" Land auf ganz tolle Weise! Deine Bilder sind so schön und jetzt so sommerlich...Bei uns ist tiefer Winter, und wir sehnen uns bereits nach dem Frühling, wenn die Natur wieder erwacht! Der kleine Vogel mit dem roten Gesichtchen, ist das ein Stieglitz (bei uns heißt er auch noch Distelfink), und der andere, etwas weiter unten, das könnte eine Art Eisvogel sein? Richtig?
