coastal views

I finally have 'a'  laptop to use while still waiting for a fan replacement for 'the' laptop. So, while I'm trying to figure out the finer points, here are a few pictures.

    Love the hauled-out seals... saw a program a while back about some NZ seals who haul-out right up a waterway and into the forest far behind the beach; the youngsters learn to swim there, then water slide all the way back to the sea! The birds on the beach is a delightful image. Glad to see a post from you! YAM xx

    I didn't realize how big those seals (sea lions?) are. That first photo reminds me of a bear!! I also like the photo of the big crab. Good luck with your laptop!

    I saw seals at Catalina Island when I was around 11 or 12 years old. The seals in your photos are awesome. New Zealand is on my "bucket list."
