I just about tripped over myself the first time I saw a full arc rainbow at the house, trying to get a great shot of it. But now, they are a common sight for me.
That doesn't mean, at all, that I don't still get excited when I see them! I still get wet trying to get the photo :)
...well, they sure aren't a common sight here!

So pretty, Betty. :)
ReplyDeleteVery pretty!
ReplyDeleteSuper duper! I tried to capture one a couple of nights ago, but I couldn't get far enough back from it (without a lot of trees getting in the way) to get the full arc!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot, I love rainbows too!
ReplyDeleteIt looks beautiful and I would get excited each time too!
ReplyDeleteNice to see the whole thing! Did you ever find the treasure ;)
ReplyDeleteYou don't often get a full arc here so it's nice to see that photo. Always worth getting wet for.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Great capture!
ReplyDeleteLove them! we don't get nearly enough here.
ReplyDeleteEnviable that you see the full arc so often! I think I've seen it once, and of course not camera with me:) Many thanks for sharing it with all Seasons and have a great autumn week!
ReplyDeleteWonderful rainbow photo. They are rare and hard to document, and you have nailed it.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!

Wonderfull Rainbow.
ReplyDeleteHabe a good time.Margot
But getting rain-soaked is so worth it for a perfect rainbow. Especially in your own backyard. Just beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWow - fabulous!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. How can you not get excited about a rainbow. I don't want to know people like that :)

An Unfittie's Guide to Adventurous Travel
To this day i am still wondering, why NZ has lots of those rainbows clear from both ends. I was there only less than a month and had seen a few rainbows already. In other parts of the world, and here where i stayed all my life, that is very seldom seen. I even saw a double rainbow there, none here yet.
