WATW

Whenever we drive on back roads, I love it when we find wild goats
that give me a change to photograph them before they scatter.

  1. I would love to come across wild goats! Are these actually wild or are the escaped domestic goats? Either way goats are always so amusing to see --

  2. Sallie, the only native mammal in New Zealand is a bat, I think. All the other 'wild' animals that I post (goats, turkeys, geese, etc) are introduced and either let go for sport (deer) or escapees from farms.

  4. There seem to be a moose/elk too. I see the body and antlers. Do you have them?

  6. I like domestic and mountain goats. Because of natural curiosity and independence goats are surprisingly intelligent.
