Nice work Betty. You reminded me that very often black&white can be as good as if not better than colour. But then I always forget to switch over and try a few.
I love each and every aspect captured; and I agree with your words! So much beauty in this series that you have shared with us, as always! Have a very lovely Sunday and a sunny May, too!
It really is beautiful. But your words remind me of the joke about the child looking at old photo albums with his grandmother and asking her how old she was when the world got color.
Wow Betty, what a beautiful series, and the scenes are all so different! The shore line from the top is my favorite:) Thank you for sharing these scenes with All Seasons:) Have a beautiful week!

ReplyDeleteYou are really good at the monochrome Betty - structure and composition are strong and meaningful! YAM xx
Wonderful b/w shots - reminds me of my childhood in the 1950s
ReplyDeleteFine collection of b&w photos. B&W brings out the somber mood of the hazy atmosphere.

ReplyDeleteNice! There is more drama in a blank and white photo, the contrasts stand out more.

ReplyDeleteThe b&w gives a special atmosphere. Nice shots!
ReplyDeleteVery nice shots - lots of over saturated and HDR stuff makes me realise how much I like B/W!
