All year color


Even though my spring garden is blooming, I have to mention the calendulas that have never stopped providing color all year!

    Calendula are quite hardy here in Maine too - but not enough to get through our winter

    you know what? I use calendula as medicament but i never see the flower! So.. thanks for sharing this picture!

    You have to appreciate these valiant flowers that bloom all year around! And they are so pretty -- and as your commentor above me says, they are medicinal... a real champion of the flower world!!
