They look like diamonds sparkling. Drizzle sounds like Oregon (or like it used to be anyway -- it is very very dry this summer because it didn't rain like it was supposed to last winter.)
I'm allergic to lupins, but your picture of that little plant with all these decorative droplets, which look like diamonds is very beautiful, dear Betty!!! I could need also some rain drops here or a little bit of snow... Enjoy the week and have a very good time!!! Katrin :)
