mt taranaki

This isn't the shot I wanted, even though Hubby was quite happy to pull over so I could snap the mountain; but with cloudy/rainy weather, you have to take what you get.

    I love the cloud formation and that little bit of roof in the foreground doesn't really get noticed but really helps to provide the sense of distance and size from the mountain.

    Nice pic! I think the clouds add a lot to the photo. Reminds me of Mt. Hood here in Oregon.

    Not sure what shot you wanted, but what you got is stunning. I think the clouds add to your photo, but that's just my opinion, and I'm sticking to it.

    I think it is really pretty with the cloud .... we do see mountains like that in Oregon, the commenter above is right! Me too.
