Crepuscular rays . Well I learned something new today. They remind me of those 'Holy Cards' we got in Catholic grade school when we were good (a hundred years ago). The Saints always had these rays of light surrounding them. They looked just like that. Hmmm. Maybe it wasn't a miracle after all.

ReplyDeleteWhat cool rays - I've always called them "the fingers of God." for some reason.
ReplyDeleteA wonderful capture, Betty. I too have learnt a new word today.
ReplyDeleteYou certainly caught those rays, never knew they were called that.
ReplyDeletePretty neat - something I have not seen - are they only in your part of the world?
ReplyDelete@John, no, I have seen them in the States, too, but I never knew what they were called.
ReplyDeleteI don't believe that i ever saw a crepuscular cloud formation. Really nice find and capture.
