I imagine that this house held quite a few children as it's a bit bigger than most abandoned houses that I see. I can just imagine the laughter and noise on a summer's day.
Oh, what a wonderful old house. Don't we wish it could tell us the stories of it's life. I have always wished that ancient/old trees and old houses/castles/caves could have the gift of speech in some form.
I love old houses, and this one stole my heart and fired up my imagination. Can't you just see smiling little faces peeking through the wonderful windows in the front?

It looks very nostalgic in black and white - wouldn't it be great to be able to bring in back to life again and fill it with sunshine and laughter?

ReplyDeleteIt's so sad to see once happy homes abandoned. They deteriorate so quickly.
