That's a nice collection of churches you've shown us! «Louis» guesses that some of them are in rural areas and date to the 19th century. They remind him of churches of that era he has found in rural areas of California.
Today «Louis'» posted a mid-20th century church, First Congregational in Palo Alto, California near Stanford University.

The Methodist one looks like a lot of churches in Australia.
ReplyDeleteThat's a great collection of churches. Love the architecture on the last one. Seeing them made me recall the Christchurch earthquake a few years ago.

ReplyDeleteLovely churches. I like the bottom right one the most. That steeple is really neat looking.
ReplyDeleteI love the look of these country churches. I bet the people who attend them feel a strong sense of community.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful churches. They are all so different and full of character and charm.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! And I love that they are not sandwiched in between other buildings--standing solitary and primary on their own!
