clock tower

There are very few towns and cities in New Zealand that don't have a clock tower in the middle of town.

    What an interesting fact! : ) Thank you for sharing. One of my favorite teachers was a missionary in New Zealand. I always loved her pictures of her pretty place.

    What a wonderful tradition. I remember in California there are many lovely clocks in the downtown areas. I love this one.

    Not sure why they're there, but I love towns with clock towers. They're just so charming, and so convenient. :)
