Oh, these are lovely! Especially since all the plants and trees have gone into hibernation in this part of the world. It's so nice to see some beautiful spring flowers!

Well, I'm not really sure, but I believe that visiting other people's blogs really helps - and certainly helped in the beginning. I visit every person who leaves me a comment. And in the beginning, I visited a lot of people and left them comments on their blog posts.
I guess what I'm saying is you have to work at it!
Then, I joined some memes like Our World Tuesday and Skywatch. I make sure I go to their home pages and leave comments for people who have joined the meme there. Not everyone of course, but as many as you can in the time you have.
If you visit the same people every week, you can then build up a connection.
And finally, if you have some sort of story to tell, I've found that people can relate to that too.
It takes time to build up an audience as it were. Keep at it. Keep visiting. Keep posting! And above all, enjoy it!
