Pohutukawa

This is a Pohutukawa tree also called the New Zealand Christmas Tree.

  2. Sorry, I forgot the label! That is a pohutukawa tree that is usually in full bloom around Christmas time.

  6. Our beautiful NZ Christmas tree!!

    My home in Wellington had a huge Pohutakawa tree in it's backyard ... I used to decorate the top of my Christmas cake with it's blooms. :-)
