I love going to these old villages and catching a glimpse of life as it was away back when. What part of the country is this in?

Hi what town in NZ is this kind of museum? We have Beavertown in Blenheim with much the same, old replicas of buildings from days gone by fascinating to wander around.

These historic villages do provide a sense of the past, but fail to show just how hard life was. Might get a sense of that if there is a dental or medical office.
